{Job Summary} Youga English School specializes in offering an enriching EFL/ESL English language program to all young learners between the ages of 3 and 20. We also provide specialized and individualized English language programs to adults. As a Youga English teacher, your main role is to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional ESL/EFL program in an English learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. 1. 負責數學科教學活動之規劃與執行。 2. 訂定教學目標、課程範圍、授課內容。 3. 統合各版本教科書和參考教材，以製作教具、編寫上課教材、講義及模擬試題。 4. 搭配教學進度進行測驗驗收學習成效 5. 批改作業與學生管理 6. 教授課程、掌握考試方向、與主任討論授課方式 7. 無經驗者需進行師資培訓 8. 蒐集歷屆考題，留意新聞時事，以掌握考題趨勢。 9. 聯絡家長確認孩子學習狀況 【需求特質】 1. 無經驗可，有經驗佳 2. 長期配合者優先錄取 3. 數理相關科系佳 4. 個性活潑開朗者佳 5. 有教育相關背景者尤佳 【備註】： 此為培訓薪水， 若未來可以成為上課老師，將會以正式老師方式蓄薪 （時薪600起，依人數增加）
